I have lots of low carbs and and healthy cook books but this one is by far the best I love that it has everything and they are all easy to find Ingredients and very easy to Follow . I like that they introduce the book with all the Details . Almost half of the book is telling and showing you how to be successful in your healthy journey so anyone can follow if they are lost I highly appreciate and recommend this book to anyone who is looking to start a healthy lifestyle .

I got the "1200-Calorie Diet For Senior Women" for my mom after her heart attack. The book provides excellent information on nutrition and its impact on aging, along with some great recipes.
