I Usually don't leave reviews like this, but i have to for this book . I have lots of low carbs and and healthy cook books but this one is by far the best I love that it has everything and they are all easy to find Ingredients and very easy to Follow . I like that they introduce the book with all the Details . Almost half of the book is telling and showing you how to be successful in your healthy journey so anyone can follow if they are lost I highly appreciate and recommend this book to anyone who is looking to start a healthy lifestyle .

Excellent information on senior women nutrition

I got the "1200-Calorie Diet For Senior Women" for my mom after her heart attack. The book provides excellent information on nutrition and its impact on aging, along with some great recipes. However, it falls short by lacking nutritional information for the recipes. Despite this, the overall content makes it a valuable resource for understanding senior nutrition.
